Terms and Conditions

Prices
Prices include 10% VAT. To confirm the booking, 100% of the total amount must be paid by credit card. In the event of cancellation, the full amount will be refunded to the same credit card. An invoice can be requested.

Cancellations
This booking may be cancelled without penalty up to 60 days before arrival. You must send an email to the reception address shown on our website and wait for confirmation of the cancellation. Reservations cancelled less than 60 days before arrival will not be refunded.

Duration
Check-in time is between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. If check-in is required after 8:00 p.m., guests may contact us by phone or WhatsApp and we will coordinate the arrival.
Check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Guests must leave the villa in the same condition in which they found it, free of personal belongings and items, and with all services, furniture and equipment in perfect condition before 10:00 a.m., with no extension possible unless agreed in writing by both parties.

Obligations of the parties

  • The number of guests staying in the villa must not exceed the number indicated in the reservation unless previously authorized by the accommodation.
  • Private parties and professional events are not permitted.
  • The villa is delivered in perfect cleaning condition, with sufficient bed linen and towels for the stay. No cleaning services are provided during the stay.
  • Guests agree to respect neighborhood quiet hours between 12:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.
  • Sustainable tourism tax: This is a tax set by the Balearic Government that applies to tourists over 16 years old; minors are exempt. It is not included in the booking and must be paid at check-in.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.

Cancellation of this contract
The accommodation may cancel this contract without giving any reason within 24 hours of receiving the booking. In such case, the guest will be entitled to a full refund using the same payment method used for the reservation.

Jurisdiction and applicable law
The parties submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the courts and tribunals of the place where the property is located, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
Making the reservation implies acceptance of these terms.
